Angeline F. Johnson

With over 25 years of professional experience, Angeline is a committed professional that believes in doing “THE WORK” necessary to improve the communities in which she works.

Ms. Johnson is an alumna of the University of Toledo where she received both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Municipal Administration. She also holds a Master of Planning degree with a concentration in Economic Development from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Her professional passions center around work that addresses socioeconomic disparities related to race, ethnicity, and income in urban communities throughout the United States as well as abroad. She is the founding CEO of C3S Consulting which is a boutique consulting firm that provides one-on-one support to governmental, nonprofit, and for-profit entities whose mission align with making a marked difference in urban communities. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of The Leadership Think Tank. The Leadership Think Tank is an affiliate of C3S Consulting that serves as a leadership training and advocacy nonprofit organization that serves as both an amplified voice and a strategic vehicle to empower and embolden local, national, and international issue advocates to address critical social issues that are negatively impacting their communities.

As CEO of C3S Consulting, her leadership extends to delivering high-level consulting that amplifies the impact of governmental and nonprofit entities. Her firm has a focus on transformative approaches to community development, ensuring that the strategies we develop and implement foster long-term community resilience and growth.
