Jade Ramsdell is a public health leader, small business owner, and healthcare advocate focused on improving health outcomes and building stronger communities.

 

In her government role, she provides strategic consultation to strengthen public health systems, enhance program performance, and drive measurable improvements in population health. Jade holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University and degrees in Occupational Therapy Assistant and Health Services Administration from Washburn University. Her career combines clinical experience with strategic leadership to address complex challenges in healthcare and public health.

As the founder of a public and population health strategy consulting firm, Jade partners with organizations across the country, working in both the public and private sectors to expand access to care, support economic opportunity, and foster community-driven solutions. Her leadership has helped secure millions in funding for initiatives focused on food security, transportation, and health services. Recognized as a 2022 NextGen Under 30 Kansan by the Department of Commerce in Policy in Governance and as a 2024 Women of Excellence honoree by the YWCA of Northeast Kansas, Jade continues to lead innovative and sustainable efforts to enhance the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
